Video gets corrupted when you stream on discord while recording

While playing valorant, every time I start to stream to my friends on a discord voice channel, the video gets corrupted, the audio is recorded correctly but the image are just a bunch of freezed frames that change every 3~4 minutes. 

I don't know if this happens too at other games, but I guess it's highly possible.
